So many people rely on artificial “pick me ups” to get through their day. Are you a user of the 5-Hour Energy, Rockstar, Red Bull drink frenzy? The Standard American Diet negatively impacts the adrenal glands, which leads to imbalanced stress responses. Greater than 60% of the population doesn’t even get one vegetable a day in consistently!

Stress depletes magnesium. Magnesium is found in green leafy vegetables which most people don’t eat often.
